Kerubim Press is an independent publisher of esoteric books based in Dublin, Ireland. This policy explains what personal information we collect through kerubimpress.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to send you our newsletter, answer your enquiries, and fulfil your orders — and nothing else.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address through a signup form provided by EmailOctopus, which stores and processes it on our behalf. We use it solely to send you news about our releases, limited editions, and projects. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You can read EmailOctopus's own privacy policy at emailoctopus.com/legal/privacy.
Our contact form is provided by Jotform. When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, organisation, and message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry, and we don't add you to any mailing list. Jotform's privacy policy is available at jotform.com/privacy.
When you purchase a Limited Hardback Edition, support the Tarot deck campaign, or place any other direct order, payment is processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details — PayPal handles those under its own privacy policy, available at paypal.com. From PayPal we receive the information needed to fulfil your order: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you purchased. We use this to pack and post your order, to send you order-related updates (including the exclusive design reports attached to Tarot deck tiers), and to meet our legal obligations. Records of transactions are retained as required by Irish tax and accounting law (generally six years), after which they are deleted.

We don't run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, we don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we don't collect anything beyond what's described above. If we ever add a privacy-respecting analytics tool, we'll update this policy to say so.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the enquiry form and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
